POLDARK 2: A CORNISH CHRISTMAS (2025)

Returning to the windswept cliffs and storm-tossed shores of Cornwall, Poldark 2: A Cornish Christmas finds Ross and Demelza facing a season filled with new hardships, fragile hope, and the promise of redemption.

As Christmas approaches, Cornwall grapples with a bitter winter that has left mines struggling and families desperate. Ross Poldark (Aidan Turner), now a respected but controversial voice in Parliament, returns home determined to help his people survive the season. But his efforts put him at odds once more with George Warleggan (Jack Farthing), whose growing influence threatens both Ross’s plans and the fragile peace of the region.

Demelza (Eleanor Tomlinson), battling her own doubts, leads the villagers in providing shelter and food for families displaced by the storms. Yet she hides a secret — a letter she has not shown Ross, one that could alter their lives forever.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth’s memory still lingers over Truro. Her son Geoffrey Charles, now older and restless, arrives home with unexpected news that shakes George to his core, reopening wounds the holiday season cannot easily heal.

When a tragic mining accident strikes days before Christmas, old alliances are broken, new loyalties are forged, and the entire community must unite in a race against time. Snow blankets the coastline, storms batter the cliffs, and the future of Cornwall hangs in the balance.

But amid hardship comes hope — carols echo through candlelit chapels, families gather despite the cold, and Ross and Demelza rediscover the strength of their bond in the season meant for forgiveness.

By Christmas morning, long-buried truths surface, hearts are mended, and Cornwall is reminded that even in the harshest winter, love endures like the sea — fierce, unbroken, and forever.
